Returns

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Personalized or custom-made items
    • Items marked as final sale
  • Return Process:
    1. Contact our customer service team at service@jacketsbase.com to initiate a return.
    2. You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
    3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization slip.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at service@jacketsbase.com with details of the product and the defect. We will provide instructions for returning the defective item and will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
